Some of the holiest holidays of my life were the ones I spent alone ~ just me, my animals, nature, and God. Those quiet holidays are where I learned:

Recipe 1

Cucumber Beet & Purple Onion Salad (Root Chakra Clearing) 

This salad assists with grounding, blood oxygenation, and emotional clearing.

Spiritual Benefits 

  • Beets activate root chakra stability
  • Cucumbers cool emotional heat
  • Purple onion cuts through stagnant energy
  • Lemon opens the aura
  • Parsley assists in emotional detox

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2–3 beets, thinly sliced (raw or cooked)
  • 1 small purple onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley (handful)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil
  • Sea salt + cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

Slice, whisk dressing, combine, and marinate.

Raw Vegan Sweet Potato Soup (Solar Plexus Glow) 

This soup warms the aura and brings confidence, intuition, and clarity.

  • ½ avocado

  • 7 Medjool dates, pitted

Instructions

Blend until silky and warm. 

Raw Almond Butter Chocolate Hearts (Heart Chakra Expansion) 

These “Reesie’s” hearts are made to soften the heart and lift the spirit.

  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp warm water (as needed)

Cheesy Kelp Noodle Pasta with Spirulina Pesto (Throat Chakra Activation)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Warm water to blend

Spirulina pesto

  • ½ avocado
  • ÂĽ cup pine nuts
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • Fresh basil
  • Sea salt

Instructions

Soften noodles, blend sauces, assemble.
