She Who Remembers ~ The High Priestess Path of Living Medicine, Ancestral Guidance, and Divine Self-Trust

The Woman Who Is the Medicine

A true healer makes her own medicine, styles, cuts & colors her own hair, does her own nails, and tends to her own energy.

She is the magician of her world. A High Priestess. A natural beauty. Untouched by the ways of this world.

She does not participate in gossip.
She does not tell lies.
She does not fabricate who she is by copying the flow, the words, or the ideas of others.

She is a conscious creator with the Universe, with Source, with God Himself.

She communes with the Archangels.
She prays to Mother Mary.
She is guided by Mary Magdalene.

Her ancestors walk beside her and guide every step of her path.

She is fully aware of her Akashic Records, aware of where they are leading her, and what they are leading her away from. She walks this Earth divinely protected.

Because she knows she has always been the medicine, the magic, and the catalyst for real change in this world.

Ohio Farmlands ~ Where the Body Learned to Remember

I grew up in the farmlands of Ohio ~ a place where seasons mattered, where food came from the earth, and where nourishment was not a trend ~ it was rhythm, respect, and remembrance.

My grandmother La Golda grew nearly everything she ate. Not for aesthetics.
Not for performance.
But because that was how women stayed strong, nourished, and rooted.

My mother Bonnie carried that reverence in her own way. She took us to farmers markets often, taught me how to thrift at garage sales and the local Goodwill.

She loved teaching us how to choose ripe produce, how to make a mess in the kitchen, how to respect food before it ever touched a plate.

She grew flowers on the side of the house and loved to cook ~ filling our home with warmth, nourishment, and presence.

We didn't have a lot of money in fact I watched my mom skip meals so we could eat. But we did have a lot of love for each other and we always sat down at the dinner table together enjoying meals like Italian manicotti, and my mom's famous chili.

Between La Golda's gardens and Bonnie's kitchen ~ my body learned early that food was not separate from love, and care was not outsourced.

Ancestral Nourishment Is Cellular Memory

Long before nutrition labels ~ before wellness trends ~ before detox language ~ the body already knew.

Living foods restore information.
Herbs carry intelligence.
Traditional fats calm the nervous system.

What my grandmother La Golda practiced intuitively ~ and what my mother Bonnie honored through sourcing and cooking ~ science now attempts to name.

When we eat food close to its origin ~ prepared with care ~ the body remembers how to regulate, repair, and protect itself.

Stinging Nettle ~ The Mineral Queen

Stinging nettle is one of the most underestimated plants in modern wellness.

Rich in minerals ~ iron ~ silica ~ magnesium ~ calcium ~ it feeds the blood, strengthens hair, supports bones, and steadies the nervous system.

This is why ancestral cultures revered it ~ and why I still use it today.

Recipe ~ Avocado & Stinging Nettle Guacamole

Bowl of avocado and stinging nettle guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1~2 tablespoons dried stinging nettle leaf powder or finely minced fresh nettle (properly blanched)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 small clove garlic ~ minced
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Optional ~ chopped cilantro ~ diced onion

Instructions:
Mash avocados gently with a fork.
Fold in nettle ~ garlic ~ lime ~ and salt.
Taste and adjust.
Eat slowly.
This is mineral therapy ~ not a condiment.

Beauty Was Never Separate from Health

In my lineage ~ beauty rituals were practical.
Hair oil was nourishment.
Skin care was protection.
Cooking from scratch was devotion.

My grandmother grew all her own food and flowers. And my beautiful mother grew babies breath on the side of the house, took us thrift shopping and made dishes from different cultures like Italian manicotti, and the most intoxicating chili!

Self-care was participation, not consumption.

My grandmother tended the land.
My mother Bonnie tended the kitchen and the home.
Self-care was participation ~ not consumption.

Rosemary ~ Memory ~ Circulation ~ Crown Health

Rosemary ~ Memory ~ Circulation ~ Crown Health

Rosemary stimulates circulation ~ strengthens follicles ~ supports scalp health ~ and sharpens memory. Infused in olive oil ~ it becomes both cosmetic and medicinal.

Scientific studies have shown that rosemary oil can be as effective as minoxidil for hair growth, without the side effects.

This is old knowledge ~ passed hand to hand ~ long before products replaced rituals.

Recipe ~ Olive Oil & Rosemary Hair Medicine

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 1~2 handfuls fresh rosemary ~ lightly crushed

Instructions:
Place rosemary in a clean glass jar.
Cover completely with olive oil.
Seal and store in a warm ~ dark place for 3 ~ 6 weeks.
Strain.
Massage into scalp weekly.
Oil the ends.
Cover hair and rest.

This is crown nourishment.

Hair Oil Wisdom ~ How to Use It Properly
  • Always apply to a dry or slightly damp scalp ~ never soaking wet
  • Massage gently ~ circulation matters more than pressure
  • Leave on at least 30 minutes ~ overnight is ideal
  • Wrap hair in cotton or silk ~ not synthetic
  • Consistency over quantity ~ weekly use restores strength

Hair responds to patience.

Make Food From Scratch ~ This Is Where Power Returns

When food is made from scratch ~ the nervous system relaxes.

Peeling.
Chopping.
Stirring.
Tasting.

These acts ground the body back into safety. You do not need complexity. You need presence.

Choose whole ingredients. Buy from farmers when possible. Cook simply. Season intuitively. This is how nourishment becomes embodied.

Handmade food prepared from scratch

Ancestral Guidance Is Practical

When I say my ancestors guide me ~ I mean in daily choices.
In what I eat.
In how I prepare food.
In how I care for my hair.
In what I refuse to rush.

Wisdom lives in repetition.

Walking Divinely Protected

Protection is not force. It is alignment.

When the body is nourished ~ the spirit stands taller.
When rituals are honored ~ energy stabilizes.
When truth is lived ~ protection becomes effortless.

Closing Reflection

A woman who tends her own body
her own food
her own beauty
her own energy
cannot be controlled.

She is not chasing healing.
She is the medicine.
