Hey love,
Do you ever feel triggered? Recently with everything going on in the world, I’m finding more and more of my clients are feeling this way. I’m about to share with you the exact same explanation I have shared with each of them. Hopefully in the future, you can pull this up as a screen shot and reference it if you happen to feel triggered. Or, if you are on the receiving end of someone censoring or making you out to be a villain due to you speaking your truth.
Whenever you are triggered by another’s words, beliefs status or choices you have an unhealed wound. Nine times out of 10 this is a deeply rooted childhood or past life wound that is causing an even deeper rooted jealousy or dare I say hatred within you towards another living breathing human.
The first thing to remember is that your unhealed trauma and wounds are no one else’s responsibility to clear up and out other than your own. To villainize another human because you are triggered by their beliefs, words, status or choices in life is a direct reflection of what you need to heal! It is no one’s responsibility to heal your past life, childhood, past relationship or PTSD trauma but your own. To attempt to censor others or, to force others to walk on eggshells surrounding what they say speak and believe to make you feel safe is to discredit another human. This villainization is occurring because “they” (the person speaking their truth) don’t fit into your mold or are not under your control.
Whether it be in a conversation or a person speaking in a video, you’re unhealed wounds and trauma are no one’s responsibility but your own.
You can choose to be jealous or you can choose to be inspired! You can choose to watch stalk and emulate the way other people work or, you can do what I have done since the day I was born. I chose to be a seed spreader of the light and creativity I was inherently born with. From birth, I chose to keep my body clean with high vibrational foods and my mind clear by focusing only on my own personal growth and creative work.
