This weekend was filled with quite the whirlwind of events. I spent the better part of Friday and early Saturday feasting on my favorite vegan treats because I knew I would be undergoing a short fasting period leading up to last nights Ayahuasca experience.
I have naturally been fasting on liquid nutrients during the days and taking in only raw plant materials in the evenings. This has been and will be effective in achieving the goals I am going for over the next few months.
No longer do I question what and when to eat, I simply embody what feels right to me.
My ceremonial experience was quite different than the first. I didn’t have the nausea this time (even after feasting on vegan treats just two days prior). I did experience an opening of my third eye, the eye of clarity and what I am here to do during my short time on this Earth.
I also was “told” that I needed to let go of things that no longer serve me. We truly don’t realize the negative impact that old habits and energies can have on us.
I will be documenting my experiences more as I am going for my third Ayahuasca experience in a few months followed by five days on tobacco juice (believe it or not the health benefits of opening us up to higher spiritual realms are AMAZING)!
I feel happy and a sense of safety knowing that mother Ayahuasca has lead me to a life of much more peace and harmony in my future.
Less speaking more listening!
Less doing and more FEELING!
Less feeding times and more fasting!
More yoga and less weights!
Less cell phone and more barefoot walks!
Less tolerance of blame & shame from others and more walking away into the reality of truth!
